As a complete novice cyclists i bought a road bike today from All Terrain Cycles. Tasha was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to test ride several bikes in their quiet carpark and was given lots of advice which was not pushy in any way.
Great service and very helpful. I bought a new bike from them and they even did the Tubeless conversion for me FOC, in under an hour! First class
Amazing support and service. Scott went well above and beyond when looking at options for a bike for my 10 year old daughter. He took the time to allow her to test ride 2 bikes outside to see which style she preferred. His patience, humour, knowledge and support was exceptional and is a credit to All terrain cycles; thank you very much indeed Scott.
They do a good job on service/repairing your bike, and often do more than you ask. They have higher prices than most though and are sometimes slow at getting the job done. Otherwise i say theyre a nice shop, with some very friendly staff.
I am very newly in the market for a mountain bike. I have no experience with cycling, and its a hobby I have recently discovered. I came to All Terrain Cycles following a friends recommendation. Its fair to say I was not disappointed. I was immediately greeted by a really helpful member of staff, George, who persistently went above and beyond to tend to my needs. I had no idea what I wanted or needed to buy, and his product knowledge was second to none. He explained each bike in detail and recommended what would be best for starting out and my needs. He didnt just try and sell me the most expensive bike possible, which unfortunately I had experienced elsewhere. Although I didnt buy a bike on this occasion, I will be sure to revisit, George is an absolute credit to the team.
