Having experienced some terrible dentistry with a different practice, I'm pleased to say that 210 Dental Clinic has restored my faith. Since registering, I've had a filling replaced and a crown fitted. The work has been done to a very high standard without any problems, and is testament to Dr Maryam Hamer's high standards and professionalism.
Absolutely dreadful encounter with the receptionist. We were very concerned about our little boys teeth, and when we needed a kindly word we were met with a rude, obnoxious and supercilious receptionist who proceeded to lecture us which I found quite unbelievable.I would suggest either of the dentists in Wetherby, both of whom could not have been more empathetic and helpful, in spite of one of them not being able to offer us an appointment.If I behaved like this in my profession I would be, quite rightly, reported to the regulator. It is just a pity that the same mechanism of professional accountability does not exist for dental receptionists.
I think this dental practice is superb. I have been going there since they opened. I have had a lot of damage to my teeth over many years and they strive to repair whatever is possible. I rate them as excellent.
Short and effective, if not a little brutal. Can't complain given it was an NHS treatment. 4 stars. May lower if the treatment plan doesn't work.
I had my first appointment as an NHS patient at 210 today and the staff were all fantastic. The receptionist was very welcoming and the dentist and hygienist were also very friendly. They explained exactly what they were doing and why. They made me feel relaxed and comfortable. As someone who is very nervous about visiting the dentist and self conscious about my teeth, I felt I received excellent treatment. Would definitely recommend
