Most awful experience Ive ever had. The woman I spoke to was patronising, belittling and downright rude. Spoke to us like we were children and made no effort to be welcoming at all. It was as if she Was devoid of any human emotions and treated us horrifically. Failed to adequately answer our questions too. They may want to rethink their sales tactics as dehumanising someone when speaking to them will get you nowhere. I have a lot of friends in Wetherby and the surrounding areas and have made more than sure neither them or anyone they know ever set foot in here.
