I cant understand the mixed reviews of this company. Ive used them for a couple of years and have never had any issues. They sell perfect draft kegs and even arrange couriers to collect the empties. Have always replied to my emails within a few minute when ive had a question. Only negative is that the account section of the website is poor and its not always easy to see what tokens/credits you have.
Excellent service had many next day deliverys excellent choices of beers I use the perfect draft kegs I have had no problems with customer services all ways very helpful l would recommend.
Rubbish! Misleading advertising. Website says 'next day delivery' small print says 'after dispatch'. Parcel never arrives so I contact them and they tell me that unfortunately the parcel has been damaged!! They say this to a lot of customers. Its a lie.
I have made at least 5 orders with Beer Hawk, always very impressed with the beer and all have arrived in good time. Will continue to buy presents for people from Beer Hawk.
AVOID BEER HAWK AT ALL COSTS YOU WONT GET YOUR PRODUCT OR MONEY BACK. Ordered large amount of beer using next day delivery and still waiting for a parcel nearly 2 weeks after ordering. They are impossible to contact unless you are ordering and never contact you back. Seeking a refund which I'm having to fight a case on Paypal for. Next step legal action. I have spent hundreds and hundreds with this company and their service has gradually got worse and worse to the point that I will never use them again! Absolutely useless and couldn't care less about their loyal customers. Go elsewhere to avoid total frustration. If things go wrong with this company forget ever getting it sorted! Even worse, they won't refund you when they have not supplied the goods. Check out the terrible feedback on Yell and Trustpilot. Trading standards need to look at this company who I will be contacting.
