We have been with Safegas since 2005, we have never had any issues with this company at all. The quality of work when they replaced our boiler ( and relocated it) was second to none. We have emergency cover with safe gas, and although the prices have gone up, like everywhere else, we can usually guarantee that, in an emergency, the response time is very good. Dealing with them over the telephone is always a pleasant experience. We feel with have got to know a small number of the engineers who come to service our boiler, as it's often the same ones, which tells me that they are happy to work for the company, it also means we can have a bit of a catch up with them too,as well as being able to feel confident in their ability to do a "proper job" without having to stand over them. Very happy with the service we receive, as is my mum, who on our recommendation, also had a new boiler ( 2, actually, one in her old house) put in when she moved to another property, so that should tell you something. Having called out an engineer under my service contract the response has been to claw back the cost by adding 20% to this years renewal offer. Had the boiler been serviced correctly in the first place under the contract the call out would not have been needed.
Very Happy. Fixed my nest central heating system very quickly and at a reasonable price, the engineer was very knowledgable and pleasant to talk to. Would recommend.
From initial contact through to completion of work we were totally satisfied. The installation team were punctual, tidy, efficient and considerate, They took trouble to make the installation look right and obviously take pride in their work.
