Always busy Could've been twice the size really for a place like Wetherby It is best togo first thing in the morning with it being a travel money bureau other than banks it is open to all as well with Post office now doing banking and bill paying many people use it The Size of the place is the problem The staff are quite efficient buy I think it's constantly having a queue that is a bit soul destroying I support all local business in Wetherby as we all should or we will loose it
Very helpful, knowledgable and cheerful even though I got there 2 minutes before closing! Can't recommend enough for customer service which is sadly lacking in most post offices....

Friendly and helpful, competent and speedy. There's no level access for wheelchair users though, they do have a ramp they can put out.
