Really disappointed in them. They booked us flights to Singapore, business out premium economy back. Charged us 500 more than business both ways! So much for expert knowledge! They must have got a lot of commission on this. Werent interested in sorting out the mess. Very expensive lesson learned. Dont use local travel agents, just do it on-line.
