Very knowledgeable, responsive and kind vets, nurses and receptionists, in a purpose built ultra modern building. Go out of their way for me in my Wheelchair. Not cheap but competitive and the service is worth it.

On the plus side - Have used them for years and most of the vets are really fantastic and there are some great vet nurses. Most of the vets are willing to spend a little extra time to putting the dogs at ease and this makes a big difference to us. The facilities are good and there's plenty of free parking etc. The 24 hour emergency vet facility has been very helpful to us over the years!On the down side - There have been a couple of occasions where something one member of staff has said has been contradicted by another one and it has lead to confusions when paying - they really need to work on clarification at times and unfortunately today, the two older lady receptionists were incredibly rude and patronising, which always puts a downer on things!
Excellent veterinary surgery. The staff are wonderful and so interested in the health & well being of your pet. We changed vets to come here, our original vet was less than 0.5mile from our doorstep - Parkhill is a good 20min drive away but so so worth it.
Our cat, Suesi was limping badly and is about 17. We were very worried but the vet was marvellous and diagnosed her claws were long and needed trimming as one had gone into her paw pad. Gave her an anti-inflammatory injection and next morning she was as sound as a pound and running round like a 2 year old. So greatly - cost a tiny 32.50. Thanks so much.
