We arrived literally 1 minute after they had reopened after their winter break. We were a group of 9 who'd teabekkdd from far & wide to run Wetherby parkrun. We couldn't have been made more welcome. Lovely food & warm welcoming friendly staff. They really went the extra mile to make us welcome despite us being covered in mud post parkrun. Definitely worth a visit - we'll be back.

So convenient if you want to avoid transport cafes. Right by a free car park in Wetherby, very near Junction 45 of A1. Light scones and excellent cake. Friendly staff.
Lovely spot by the river with a gorgeous garden. Would definitely recommend the scone with lemon curd!
