I have been with this practise for 30 years and have always found them caring and helpful.
The worst appointment ever in my life. I was very distressed after the consultation. He was almost laughing about my problem. I felt very poorly treated with no dignity. The staff were not very helpful either. It's chaotic - you have to spend so much time trying to get through to the Surgery and pray to see a good Dr when you finally reach the receptionist.
not very helpful receptionists left standing for quite some time whilst they typed an email and spoke to her colleagues about lunch , it always seems very cold and abrupt ,it probably explains why they feel they need to put signs up about abuse . Although I dont accept anyone being abused you can empathise with peoples patience being stretched if all the reception can do is ignore you and talk about lunch. #time for new docs
Getting harder and harder to get appointment. Care provider that is struggling to give care.
This doctors surgery gives a very good service. It's busy! Recently expanded. The nurses and doctors are overstretched, like everywhere, yet they always give the time needed. I rate them.
