A nice little gym which appears to quite well managed. A personal trainer to take you through a training session at quite a low cost. Situated in weatherby on the sandbeck industrial estate.

Fantastic, friendly team and a great place to work out- it's a fun and non-judgemental atmosphere, anyone can go and do their thing!I have bad knees and Ali has helped me learn to exercise/lift safely so my knees are strengthened and more mobile, whilst having a great time along the way. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone wanting to work out in a fun place or to get some professional guidance.
Great set up, great equipment and space. Coaches are both awesome. Great to have something different in Wetherby.
